This is a reminder that annual renewal of your membership happens through a registration form to which you have access via an invitation email, sent to you in December of the previous year. During the year you can request a resend.

With the hyperlink in that email you have to:

1. Review your details in the membership database and make any modifications as necessary,
2. Accept the Terms & Conditions for membership in the current year,
3. Pay the membership fee online via POLI or Visa.

The confirmation email that you will receive after registration is proof of your membership for the year.

Direct payment of a fee into the Society’s bank account (as customary prior to 2022) will not automatically renew your membership, as you have to follow the constitutional requirements via the steps above.

Please note that if we do not have a correct email address in our database, you will risk to not being able to renew your membership and will not receive any correspondence from the Society that goes out from the Executive Secretary.

Please make sure that mail from notifications@sporty.co.nz  does not end up in your spam folder.
